Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits, develop cost-effective strategies for food, ingredients, and supplies, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they meet our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring we have the right products at the right time to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
