Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 16-20 people to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and point of sale systems.
