Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Operational Procedures: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
  • Quality and Service: Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
