Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 16-20 people and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of 16-20 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the restaurant.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that employees are trained to follow proper procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and point of sale systems.
