Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers and supervisors to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to restaurant managers and supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald's policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
