Business Change Manager

The CLHIA is seeking a skilled Business Change Manager to lead organizational transformation and support the successful adoption of new business systems. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing change across the organization, facilitating training and user adoption, and aligning solutions to meet business requirements.
About the Role:This 2-year contract position offers a unique opportunity to work on a multi-year technology initiative that will replace many core business systems. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Implementation Manager, and CLHIA IT team to drive change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage organizational change by anticipating and facilitating adoption of new business processes, leaders, and staff.
- Evaluate change requests, escalate risks and issues, and develop a change control process for smooth implementation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing user experience feedback and feeding it into technology requirements and evolution.
- 10+ years' experience as a business system analyst with change management and application transition expertise.
- University degree preferred; Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is an asset.
- Experience working in environments with low technical aptitude among business users and high resistance to change.
- MS Suite skills, including SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, CRM tools like MS Dynamics 365, and Content Management solutions like Sitecore.
A competitive estimated salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
