Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
  • Respond to phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support various projects and tasks for other employees
  • Receive and greet visitors
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Accomplished computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • Adeptness in customer invoices and data entry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of receptionist duties and administrative assistance
  • Foundational knowledge in customer service and courier services
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to use the internet for research
