Branch Sales Director

Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and overseeing the parts and service departments. This individual will create a customer-focused environment, foster a positive team culture, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Oversee the parts and service departments, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other branches and corporate teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ag Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related management experience, preferably in sales and customer service.
- Excellent sales and leadership skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Advanced experience in team leadership, staff training, and development, with a proven track record of optimizing team performance.
- Proven ability to successfully launch new product lines into the market.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license, with a verifiable safe driving history.
- Ability to travel, with occasional overnight stays and weekend or evening work.
