- Collaborate with the General Manager and North America Human Resources Department to hire, train, and develop staff effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and national laws and regulations related to business practices, employment, and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ag Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related management experience.
- Excellent sales and leadership skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Advanced experience in team leadership and management, including staff training and development.
- Proven ability to successfully launch new product lines into the market.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
