We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Northland Ford. In this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of our dealership, ensuring seamless sales, service, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

As Automotive Sales and Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage our sales team, driving revenue growth and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will also oversee all operational aspects of the dealership, including inventory management, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and staff development.

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A college education or equivalent experience is required, with at least two years of experience in a similar management position preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock movements and optimizing merchandise mixes to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns, leveraging digital platforms and traditional advertising channels.
  • Foster a positive work environment, providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction ratings, and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
