Automobile Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Northland Ford seeks an experienced Automobile Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Manage and train sales staff to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Study market trends and consumer demand to inform sales strategies.
Implement pricing and credit policies, and develop marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to optimize profitability.
Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues promptly.
Requirements:
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
Skills: Point of sale system, electronic scheduler, database software, computerized bookkeeping system, electronic mail, spreadsheet, MS Outlook.
