Automobile Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Northland Ford seeks an experienced Automobile Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Manage and train sales staff to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Study market trends and consumer demand to inform sales strategies.

  • Implement pricing and credit policies, and develop marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.

  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to optimize profitability.

  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues promptly.

Requirements:

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Skills: Point of sale system, electronic scheduler, database software, computerized bookkeeping system, electronic mail, spreadsheet, MS Outlook.
