We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in The Pas. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and counting merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display initiatives to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store objectives.

About You:

  • You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record of success in retail sales.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You are a team player with a flexible attitude, able to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
  • You have a basic understanding of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
