Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market research and customer demand.
- Implement price and credits policies to ensure that we remain competitive in the market.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of point of sale systems, electronic schedulers, database software, and computerized bookkeeping systems.
