About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at Plusgrade Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners, supporting them to develop and execute growth plans that drive revenue and deepen engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own and manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
  2. Build and develop strategic account plans, working with partners to define business goals and objectives.
  3. Negotiate and close on contract renewals, leveraging your deep understanding of partner needs and our value proposition.
  4. Analyze data and measure results to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on strategic accounts.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant account growth.
  3. Deep understanding of sales cycles and ability to navigate high-level stakeholder relationships.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Strategic thinking and consultative approach, with ability to tailor solutions to unique client needs.
