Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Prepare flooring plans and scheduling.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
