Restaurant Operations Manager

Guac Mexi Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to maximize profits
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget requirements
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Determine and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation
- Organize and maintain inventory and supplies
- Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets and increasing profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer and technology skills, including MS Office and MS Outlook
