Business Development Representative

**About Us:** InGenius Prep is a fast-growing company that helps students apply to U.S. Colleges and Graduate schools. We are a team of over 190 full-time employees, 600 part-time employees, and offices in the U.S., Canada, China, and other countries.
Our Primary Focus: We establish partnerships with businesses, schools, and organizations to provide our services to students. As a key member of our team, you will work on sales, establishing new operations, and forming partnerships throughout Canada.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build personal connections with leads by meeting with families and following up with them.
- Conduct consultations to facilitate sales with students and parents.
- Cold-call leads to establish new business opportunities.
- Manage ongoing relationships with business development partners.
You'll Be a Great Fit If:
- You are a native Mandarin speaker.
- You have experience in sales or corporate development.
- You are a strong communicator, both in writing and speaking.
- You have a positive, energetic, and outgoing attitude.
