Business Development Representative

Are you a high-performing sales professional looking for a new challenge? West X Business Solutions is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of services and equipment, promoting and selling our offerings to existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Manage a book of ~250 current accounts, working closely with your sales manager to measure your success and achieve sales targets
- Promote and sell West X's portfolio of services and equipment, uncovering new opportunities with customers and supporting contract renewals
- Hunt for new business revenue and work with customers to resolve concerns, utilizing your excellent people skills and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- 2-years of previous sales experience in Retail or Hospitality, with a College diploma or University degree a plus
- English fluency is mandatory, and you must be eligible to work in Canada
