Business Development Representative

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus uncapped commission structure, allowing you to maximize your earning potential. Our flexible work environment provides the ideal balance between work and personal life.
Daily ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Manager at West X Business Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a book of ~250 current accounts
- Working closely with your sales manager to measure success and achieve sales targets
- Promoting and selling West X's portfolio of services and equipment
- Uncovering new opportunities with customers and supporting contract renewals
- Hunting for new business revenue and resolving customer concerns
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with customers
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- A College diploma or University degree (not required)
- 2-years of previous sales experience in Retail or Hospitality (a huge plus)
- English fluency and eligibility to work in Canada
