National Sales Manager Job Description

Aarti Impex Inc is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for sales operations
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and sales initiatives
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to meet sales targets
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the textile industry
  • Knowledge of inventory control software and MS Windows
