National Sales Manager Job Description

Aarti Impex Inc is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure sales targets are met
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and sales initiatives
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures to support sales operations
  • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to maximize sales potential
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage sales staff to ensure high levels of performance
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the textile industry
  • Knowledge of inventory control software, spreadsheets, and MS Windows
