Key Responsibilities

Employee Life Cycle Support

  • Provide comprehensive support to employees across the entire life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Talent Management and Development

  • Collaborate with the business to identify and develop high-potential employees through leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives.

Employee Engagement and Experience

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience, driving a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, ensuring business objectives are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Business Operations and Administration

  • Manage operational aspects of HR, including employee record management, policy implementation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in addressing employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Continuous Learning and Development

  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business results and improve processes.
Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership, talent management, and employee engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, employees, and HR partners.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and platforms, such as Power BI or Tableau.
