Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 5-8 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership, talent management, and employee engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, employees, and HR partners.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
