About the Role:

As an Office Supervisor at Ontario Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office equipment and the training of our workers in duties and policies. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, and you will be required to co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of software, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Responsibilities:

  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
