Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist and Creative Director to join our team at JRoss Recruiters. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to each business unit within the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a functional leader, integrating marketing efforts across all channels while managing budgets and forecasts. You will oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print media, creating and implementing a work plan with weekly and monthly targets focused on content development, channel consistency, and strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
  • Serve as a functional leader, integrating marketing efforts across all channels, and managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print media.
  • Create and implement a work plan with weekly and monthly targets focused on content development, channel consistency, and strategic communications.
  • Identify public relations opportunities and coordinate activities to enhance the overall marketing communication strategy.
  • Design and produce visuals and copy for various platforms, including websites, media releases, social media, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate market conditions continually and take proactive measures to maintain competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a marketing manager, with expertise in search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and various marketing methods.
  • Extensive understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, diplomacy, and tact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
