Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SaveMax Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct market research and gather data to inform marketing decisions
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other channels
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and presentations
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
