We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to join our team at JRoss Recruiters. As a Brand Marketing Content Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the marketing landscape of our diverse portfolio.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and various marketing methods to drive innovative marketing efforts.

In this role, you will oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print media. You will also design and produce visuals and copy for various platforms, including websites, media releases, social media, presentations, and advertisements.

As a functional leader, you will integrate marketing efforts across all channels while managing budgets and forecasts. You will create and implement a work plan with weekly and monthly targets focused on content development, channel consistency, and strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each business unit within the organization.
  2. Serve as a functional leader, integrating marketing efforts across all channels while managing budgets and forecasts.
  3. Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print media.

  5. Identify public relations opportunities and coordinate activities to enhance the overall marketing communication strategy.
  6. Design and produce visuals and copy for various platforms, including websites, media releases, social media, presentations, and advertisements.
  7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  8. Evaluate market conditions continually and take proactive measures to maintain their competitive edge.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a marketing manager, with expertise in search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and various marketing methods.
  • Extensive understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, diplomacy, and tact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open-minded and forward-thinking, demonstrating agility and flexibility with a passion for hospitality.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
