Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

At Choice Projects LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, including materials and equipment.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
