The Cleaning Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of various environments, including office buildings, residential areas, and cleaning service companies. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of light-duty cleaners.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Exposure to odours and dust
  • Fast-paced and physically demanding conditions
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects
  • Manage payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Assist cleaning personnel in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities
