Marketing Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team at Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery Inc. as a VP, Marketing. This is a key role that will drive our marketing strategy, engage customers, and help us achieve our business goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. They will be responsible for defining our marketing vision, developing and executing marketing plans, and measuring and reporting on marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Director-level position, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or B2C marketing
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in online/ecommerce and/or retail organizations
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, managing multiple priorities at once
  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, analytics, and Google Adwords
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for marketing
