Job Title: Product and Marketing DirectorWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Product and Marketing Director to lead our product and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen to drive the success of our products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Strategy and Development: Lead the development of innovative product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to gather input and feedback to inform product decisions and enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Define Product Roadmaps: Prioritize features and oversee the entire product development lifecycle.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities, optimize existing offerings, and position products for maximum customer value.
- Costing and Pricing: Develop costing, pricing, and gross margin recommendations for new products, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established metrics.
- Develop Comprehensive Marketing Plans: Create and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Target Audiences: Define target audiences and create compelling messaging and positioning strategies for each product.
- Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Product Training: Create and deploy new product training for internal and external stakeholders to enable effective product marketing, sales, and after-sales service and support.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and creative professionals.
- Culture of Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product and marketing teams.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with sales, customer service, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success across all functions.
- Senior Leadership Communication: Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide regular updates on product and marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA: MBA is highly valued.
- Experience: Proven experience (5 years) in product management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Skills: Deep understanding of product development processes, market research methodologies, and marketing best practices.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary range.
