Job Title: Intelex & Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelex & Training Administrator to join our team at CB Canada.

Job Summary:

The Intelex & Training Administrator will be responsible for scheduling compliance and skill training, reporting on training records, and supporting the planning of training events. This role will also provide technical expertise for the HS System (INTELEX) in the planning and scheduling of compliance and skill training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the scheduling and delivery of training, including identifying opportunities for program enhancement and increased education.
  • Track, prepare reports, and evaluate training attendance records, providing consultation to managers and supervisors regarding compliance training levels and recommended corrective actions.
  • Support the management of the HS&E SharePoint site and develop and document key business/system processes and educational materials.
  • Liaise with INTELEX end-users and IT to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
  • Support corporate initiatives, including the Project Keystone Change Agent Network and the Editorial Board.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of the INTELEX Software system and specifically the INTELEX training module.
  • Working knowledge of safety acts, regulations, legislation, and codes.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems.
  • 2+ years' experience in Human Resources or Health & Safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a unionized utility environment.
