Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Akshar Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as supervising and training other workers. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Work Environment

The Office Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be flexible and organized.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
