Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our operations team.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers on various tasks and procedures.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for our operations team.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
