Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at K9 Plaque Queen Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies, including training other workers and providing ongoing support to clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, including compiling data, statistics, and other information.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to employee questions and complaints, and providing support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a business services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
