IATI CANADA INC. is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

This is a permanent opportunity that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion;
  • Organizing tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively;
  • Planning and organizing operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other departments;
  • Preparing and submitting reports to stakeholders;
  • Arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed;
  • Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality;
  • Training workers in duties and policies, and arranging training for staff members;
  • Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000, based on location and industry standards. IATI CANADA INC. offers competitive benefits, including:
