Job Overview

This position involves coordinating daily administrative tasks, working closely with the department manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily communication with clients for information retrieval
  • Verification of Bankruptcies, CCS, and OPD filings with relevant agencies
  • Creation of letters for debtors, statement letters, and SIF requests
  • Audit accounts for closure
  • Documentation and storage of correspondence from debtors
  • Printing Planners
  • Filing, copying, scanning, faxing
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in a similar field
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in the CUBS system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify critical issues efficiently
  • Capacity to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Quick learning abilities and adaptability to changing situations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
