Total Credit Recovery is a dynamic financial services company with a strong presence in Canada, boasting over 550 employees across four offices. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the role of Customer Service Collections Representative.
Job OverviewThis position involves coordinating daily administrative tasks, working closely with the department manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily communication with clients for information retrieval
- Verification of Bankruptcies, CCS, and OPD filings with relevant agencies
- Creation of letters for debtors, statement letters, and SIF requests
- Audit accounts for closure
- Documentation and storage of correspondence from debtors
- Printing Planners
- Filing, copying, scanning, faxing
- Other duties as assigned by management
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Administrative experience, preferably in a similar field
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in the CUBS system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify critical issues efficiently
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Quick learning abilities and adaptability to changing situations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
