We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Collections Specialist to join our team at Willson International Limited, a Customs Brokerage and Third-Party Logistics organization.

Located in the GTA, ON area, this role offers a work-from-home environment with a home internet reimbursement. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently while being part of a cohesive unit.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, evaluating credit risk, and collecting outstanding receivables. This involves regular credit reviews of new & existing accounts and contacting clients for payment on invoices to keep accounts in good standing.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Evaluate credit risk and make informed decisions to minimize losses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma
  • Credit and Collection certification and/or training (an asset)
  • A minimum of 2 years' direct collection experience within an office environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, including French (verbal and written)
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability
