Administrative Coordinator for Office Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Goldstar Custom Framing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative tasks, and coordinating office services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing the operating budget and overseeing office administrative procedures;
- Coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Oversseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures;
- Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support newcomers and/or refugees.
Key requirements for this role include:
- A fast-paced environment;
- Working under pressure;
- Attention to detail.
This is a full-time position, working 32-40 hours per week. Fluency in English is required.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
