Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at WHITE SPOT RESTAURANT. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Work Environment: Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be standing for extended periods, so a high level of physical fitness is essential.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral communication
- Team player
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 40 hours per week
