We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at White Spot Restaurant. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, with a moderate level of physical activity.
