Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all aspects of store operations, including achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring continuity and quality standards.
  • Create and execute visual merchandise presentations that showcase our brand's fashion ability and drive business results.
  • Capture business results by coaching and encouraging sales associates and leaders to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience as a supervisor or manager, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Strong retail and business acumen, with expertise in visual merchandising and commerciality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
