Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Vaughan INN. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing reports and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Attention to detail and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
