Office Coordinator

Highlight Motor Freight Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- College/CEGEP education
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Reliability and flexibility
The Office Coordinator will work in a private sector, urban area environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
