Job Title: Head Cleaning Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaning Specialist to join our team at GM Flores Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance as needed
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate invoicing

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
