Job Title: Head Cleaning Man/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaning Man/Woman to join our team at GM Flores Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Head Cleaning Man/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our employees and visitors. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are clean and safe.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.

  • Driver's validity licence check.
  • Driving record check (abstract).
