Job Title: Head Cleaning Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaning Specialist to join our team at GM Flores Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
