Job Title: Head Cleaning Man/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaning Man/Woman to join our team at GM Flores Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Head Cleaning Man/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect sites and facilities to ensure that all areas are safe and clean.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage Certificates and Licenses: Ensure that all cleaning staff have the necessary certificates and licenses to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces.
