Job Title: Head Cleaning Man/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaning Man/Woman to join our team at GM Flores Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Head Cleaning Man/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our employees and visitors. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
  • Establish work schedules
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Criminal record check, driver's validity licence check, and driving record check (abstract)
