Job Title: Head Cleaning Man/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cleaning Man/Woman to join our team at GM Flores Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Head Cleaning Man/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Facilities: Regularly inspect our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage Cleaning Schedules: Establish and manage cleaning schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with our company's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and Report: Monitor the cleaning operations and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
Working Conditions:

The Head Cleaning Man/Woman will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work in confined spaces.
