Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with room assignments, key card programming, and other front office tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
